The boil at Virginia Gardens Riverwalk Pavilion goes in waves from 4 p.m., and the oyster shuckers work the bar until the last sack runs out. Tickets cover a bucket and the sides; beer and wine are sold separately, and the pavilion is covered if the weather turns.
