Florida ticket law disclosures
- Florida admissions tax (6% state plus county surtax) is itemized above, as F.S. 212.04 requires. A 12% service fee and a 25% booking commission are added on top of the ticket price, each shown separately.
- Florida Events is the seller of record for orders placed here. If the event is canceled or you are denied admission, you receive a full refund including all fees.
- Tickets are non-transferable above face value. Florida caps resale at $1 over the original admission price (F.S. 817.36).
